NECA is looking to hire a Project Management Assistant. The successful candidate is a team player, working with Design, Marketing, Licensing and Operations departments. A good sense of humor and teamwork are essential to our studio, working environment.

LOCATION - In-person at New Jersey Office

POSITION SUMMARY / REQUIREMENTS

• Aid in the development and production of hard goods, soft goods, and packaging from concept to delivery, on-time, and on-budget.
• Day-to-Day maintenance of master line plans. This will require daily communication with PD teams, other internal teams, and factories.
• Must be detail oriented with strong organization and communication skills.
• In depth knowledge of the toy, action figure and collectible business is a huge plus.
• Highly motivated and able to learn quickly and adapt as you go.
• Candidates with project management experience with molded plastics production are preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
• Proficient PM computer skills, specifically, Basecamp, Excel and Smartsheet's.
• Ability to negotiate and communicate with a positive attitude under tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving, time management and analytical skills
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Chinese is a plus.
• Passion for toys and collectibles
